    With reference to the subject cited above, this is to intimate you that the Company's Trading Window shall be closed from 21st May, 2017 to 1st June, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the forthcoming Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 30th May, 2017, inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2017 which is considered as a 'price sensitive information'. The Trading window will be re-opened from 2nd June, 2017, onwards. This is for your information and further action
