| Exchange Disseminated Time | Smartlink Network Systems Ltd has informed BSE that :
"SEBI had filed a case with the Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai vide criminal case no. 30/SS/06 in the year 2006 against the Company and its Directors under Section 77A (4) r/w Section 621 for alleged contravention of the provisions of the erstwhile Companies Act, 1956 for failing to complete the process of buy back of share as provided under the section.
The Company alongwith its Directors and Company Secretary had filed a Writ petition in the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay to quash the case filed against the Company in the Metropolitan Megistrate Court.
With reference to the subject cited above, we would like to inform you that the High Court of Bombay vide its Order dated March 03, 2015, copy of which was received by the Company on March 19, 2015 has allowed the Writ Petition filed by the Company and has quashed pending against the Company and its Directors." |
