1. Adoption of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Auditors' Report and Directors' Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2010.
2. Declaration of Final Dividend of Re. 0.75 per Equity Share and to confirm the Interim Dividend.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Ganapathy Vishwanathan as Director of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. Ganesh Acharya as Director of the Company.
5. Appointment of M/s Contractor, Nayak & Kishnadwala, Chartered Accountants as the Auditors of the Company. |
