| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/12/2015 11:12:38 | Redington (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the unprecedented rainfall in Chennai has severely affected the city including employees, distribution centres, service centres and offices of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Further the Company has informed that :
1. The Company's priority was to make sure that all our employees are safe.
2. The Company had to shut down its distribution centre in Gummudipoondi from 2nd December to 5th December.
3. The spare parts in the Company's support services warehouse in Guindy was flooded and the assessment of the Insurance loss will be done in due course.
The Company is monitoring the situation closely and hope to return to normalcy soon. |
