| Exchange Disseminated Time | Timken India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors Report, Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as on December 31, 2006 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date, together with the Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Michael J Hill as a Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Messrs. S R Batliboi & Co., as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting upto the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
