| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2010, has approved the proposal to amend the Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to approval by the Members by adding new activities in the areas of Financing Infrastructure projects and all Infrastructure—related activities such as roads, highways, railways, airways, waterways, ports, transport systems, bridges, tele—communication, power, water supply, sanitation, health, education, etc.
The Board has decided to seek the approval of Members for the same through postal ballot voting process and February 12, 2010 would be taken as cut-off date for deciding the shareholders who would be entitled to receive postal ballot forms. |
