PCS Technology Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay in Company Summons for Direction No. 347 of 2012, meeting of Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured & Sundry Creditors of the Company to approve the Scheme of Arrangement was convened and held on June 6,2012 at Pune.

At the said meeting, the Equity Shareholders, the Secured Creditors and the Unsecured & Sundry Creditors have approved the Scheme of Arrangement unanimously.
