| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 01, 2011 regarding Board Meeting on August 10, 2011, Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011 and declaration of dividend for the year 2010-11 on equity shares cannot be considered in the Board Meeting to be held on August 10, 2011. Only the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended June 2011 shall be considered in the said meeting. |
