| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/03/2016 17:39:44 | Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that as per the "Insider Trading Code" of the Company and in view of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on March 12, 2016, to consider declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year ending on March 31, 2016, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and designated employees of the Company from March 10, 2016 to March 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
All the aforesaid designated Directors, Employees and other persons have been advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during aforesaid period. The aforesaid window shall reopen from March 17, 2016. |
