| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following Special Resolution:
- Alteration in Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company under heading (A) Main Objects.
Duly completed the Postal Ballot form should reach the Scrutinizer on or before March 23, 2012. The result of the Postal Ballot shall be announced by the Chairman or in his absence by Managing Director of the Company on March 26, 2012, at 4.00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company at IFCI Tower, 61 Nehru Place, New Delhi- 110019.
