| Exchange Disseminated Time | Britannia Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 02, 2013, approved the following proposal :
- Allotment of Equity Shares of the Company of the face value of Rs. 2 each, to Ms. Vinita Bali as under on exercise of options granted to her at an exercise price of Rs. 305.63 per share under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) as fully paid up.
The shares would rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects including dividend entitlement for the financial year 2012-13.
With this allotment the total paid up capital of the Company stands at Rs. 23,92,01,630 (divided into 11,96,00,815 Equity shares of Rs. 2 each). |
