| Exchange Disseminated Time | Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2014, has given its consent to the issue of Equity Shares on preferential basis to promoters upto an amount of Rs. 2,38,50,000/- in accordance with Section 81(1A) and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956, Companies Act, 2013 (to the extent notified) and the provisions contained in the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 including any statutory modifications and amendments from time to time for the time being in force.
The Members approval shall be sought for the same by way of voting through postal ballot. |
