| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jagran Prakashan Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received the Certified True Copy of the order received from Hon'ble Allahabad High Court approving the Scheme of Arrangement between NaiDunia Media Limited (‘NDML’) and Jagran Prakashan Limited (‘JPL’) and their Respective Shareholders and Creditors under sections 391 to 394 read with sections 78, 100 to 104 of the Companies Act, 1956.
Further, Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court has also approved the aforesaid Scheme on January 16, 2013. |
