| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/07/2016 11:39:50 | Soni Medicare Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2016 along with the limited review report of the auditors and to appoint M/s Mahendra Khandelwal & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for Secretarial Audit for F.Y. 2016-17 and Mr. Deepak Kedawat as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the F.Y. 2016-17.
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window closure period would commences from 05:00 p.m. on July 16, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on July 25, 2016. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's shares/securities. |
