As per the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company's Shares will remain closed with effect from 8 May, 2017 to 27 May, 2017 (both days inclusive).
