1. To Consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).
2. To incorporate a company, proposed to be the subsidiary of Vakrangee Limited, to primarily provide logistics services such as last-mile delivery to various business partners and business verticals of Vakrangee Limited.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Company's securities by the Designated persons shall remain closed from January 28, 2016 to February 09, 2016 (both days inclusive), in view of consideration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. |
