| Exchange Disseminated Time | Goldiam International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrip by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 30, 2015 till completion of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are made public, in terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
