We wish to inform that Mr. N. Swaroop kumar is working as Manager and his term of appointment is expiring by 31.08.2017. Mr. N. Swaroop Kumar has given his consent to act as Manager of the company, if reappointed. It is proposed to consider the reappointment of Mr. N. Swaroop Kumar as Manager of the company with effect from 01.09.2017 for a period of 3 years at the ensuing Board Meeting of the company to be held on 14th August, 2017 and subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
