| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Market Networks Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is seeking approval of shareholders by way of postal ballot on the following matters:-
a) Ratification of resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company with regard to the Borrowing Powers of the Company up to Rs. 1000 crores, in terms of the Companies Act, 2013.
b) Ratification of resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company with regard to the Creation of Charge on the assets of the Company in favour of lenders.
c) Giving of Loans / Guarantees, providing of securities and making of investments in securities for an amount of up to Rs. 1500 crores over and above the aggregate outstanding amount of loans / guarantees / securities given / provided to wholly owned subsidiary companies and / or joint venture companies and investments made in wholly owned subsidiary companies.
In this regard, the Company has submitted the extracts of the Calendar of Events for said Postal Ballot. |
