We would like to state that Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP, statutory auditors, of the Company have issued audit reports with unmodified opinion on these Financial Statements. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2017, has not recommended any dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.
