| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2015 17:46:02 | Ankit Metal & Power Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider, framed in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from November 03, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
