1. Consideration and approval of publication of Audited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter and the year ended on March 31, 2015.
2. Consideration and approval of Audited Accounts of the Company and notes thereon for the Financial year ending March 31, 2015.
3. Recommendation of Dividend, if any on equity shares for the above Financial Year 2014-15.
