| Exchange Received Time 31/01/2018 16:04:00 Exchange Disseminated Time 31/01/2018 16:04:05 Time Taken 00:00:05 | This is to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 31st January, 2018, has declared an Interim Dividend of 30% i.e ` 3.00 per Equity Share of ` 10 each of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18 and the same shall be paid to those Equity Shareholders of the Company whose name appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners as on Friday, the 9th February, 2018 which is the Record Date fixed for the said purpose.
This is to inform that the said Interim Dividend will be paid to the Equity Shareholders of the Company on or from 23rd February, 2018.
