We further inform you that the Notice for the Annual General Meeting along with Annual Report have been circulated to the shareholders of the Company by 14th July, 2017 and newspaper advertisement for the same has been published on 20th July, 2017 in Business Standard (all India editions in English Language) and Sanje Vani (Regional Language)
