After this acquisition, the shareholding of N. K. Proteins Ltd. in NKIL has been increased from 118286 Equity shares (representing 1.97% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 118536 Equity shares (representing 1.97% of paid up capital of NKIL).
Moreover, the shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group has been increased from 3208072 Equity shares (representing 53.38% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 3208322 Equity share (representing 53.38% of paid up capital of NKIL). |
