1. To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016 and to take note of the Limited Review Report thereon.
Further, the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all 'Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from November 07, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on November 17, 2016.
