Further, as per the Goldstone Infratech Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 for all the Designated Employees, Departmental Heads and Directors of the Company from February 10, 2016 to February 16, 2016. |
