1. To approve the notice calling 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to fix date, time and venue of the meeting.
2. To fix the Book closure dates for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend.
3. To approve Amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company as per provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
Further, that the trading window for Directors/Officers/Designated employees covered under Gayatri Projects Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders from August 26, 2015 to September 05, 2015. |
