1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) as per clause 41 of the Listing Agreement for the year ended March 31, 2015;
2. To consider and approve Audited Annual Accounts (Standalone 8& Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company's Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors / designated persons associated with the Company from May 20, 2015 till the close of business hours on May 30, 2015. |
