| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/05/2017 17:58:25 | Essel Propack Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited financial results of the Company's India standalone and consolidated of global operations for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 and to consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31 2017.
Further the Company has informed that, due to the Board meeting as above, Trading Window in respect to dealing with shares / securities of the Company has been already closed for specified and designated persons as per the Company's insider trading code and will reopen from expiry of forty-eight hours after the announcement of the above mentioned financial results.
Further, after the aforesaid meeting, the Company has arranged for Analysts/Investors Conference call on May 24, 2017. |
