| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, to :
1. Consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Corporation for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, and
2. Considering delisting of equity shares from National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE).
Further, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the Corporation, Trading Window will be closed from July 30, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive). The said closure of Trading Window is undertaken in connection with the aforesaid Board meeting to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. |
