| Exchange Disseminated Time | Goldstone Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated March 31, 2009, have accorded their approval, subject to the approval of the Members in the ensuing General Meeting and subject to all other approvals, if any, for the re-appointment of Mr. L P Sashikumar as Managing Director of the Company for a period of one year with effect from April 01, 2009.
The existing term of Mr. L P Sashikumar as Managing Director will be expiring on March 31, 2009. |
