| Exchange Disseminated Time | Infomedia 18 Ltd has informed BSE that a case had been filed by Just Dial Pvt. Ltd. against the Company in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, alleging infringement of their copyright. (C.S.(O.S.) No. 145 of 2010).
The Company has filed an appeal against the aforementioned order (F.A.O. (O.S.) No. 96 of 2010) before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. The Company has claimed possibility of sabotage. The appeal was heard on February 02, 2010 and the Hon'ble High Court has ordered that it shall view the Company's website on the next date of hearing i.e. February 19, 2010. |
