| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that pursuant to the Notice dated May 26, 2014 convening the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank on June 26, 2014 and in terms of Section 9(3)(i) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, as against one vacancy of Director to be filled in from amongst shareholders of the Bank, other than the Central Government, the Bank has received following two (2) valid nominations:
1. Mr. Abhijit Jayant Kelkar
2. Mr. Premchandra Amolakchand Sethi. |
