3. Appointed M/s. Harinath Akshitha & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2016-17.
4. Appointed Mr. Podichetty Srinivas, Finance Head as Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18.
