Further the Company also inform that pursuant to the “Reliance Power Limited - Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading”, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the close of business hours on February 6, 2015 to the close of business hours on February 16, 2015. |
