The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 18, 2016 to May 19, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual Closing & determining entitlement of the members to the final dividend for 2015.
The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at 57th AGM, shall be paid on and from May 31, 2016. |
