- To sell the immoveable property of the Company situated at DW-5261, G Block, Bharat Diamond Bourse, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051.
Duly Completed Postal Ballot form should reach the Scrutinizer on or before February 21, 2012. After completion of the scrutiny, the Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman / Managing Director of the Company and the result of the voting by Postal Ballot will be announced by the Chairman / Managing Director on February 28, 2012. |
