| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/10/2016 11:54:53 | Oracle Credit Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with Statement of assets and liability for the quarter/half year ended on September 30, 2016.
Further, in terms of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Key Managerial Persons and other Designated Persons of the Company on and from November 02, 2016 till the expiry of 48 hours from the'time of announcement made to the Stock Exchange.
Accordingly, all designated employees of the Company and connected persons have been informed not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforementioned period. |
