He shall hold office for a period of three years upto 14th June 2020. Since Agenda item no. (ii) does not remain outstand consequent upon election of Shri Sanjay Verma as Shareholder Director, Annual General Meeting on 29.06.2017 will have only one agenda item i.e. adoption of Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2017
