| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alps Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Court Convened Shareholder meeting of the Company was held on May 06, 2010 in terms of the order dated February 08, 2010 of the Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad. The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Chairman appointed by the Hon'ble High Court of Allahahad. The decision of the meeting will be finalized by the Chairman and the report the minutes will be filed before the Hon'ble High Court.
