1. Mr. S. Sridhara Rao is appointed as an Additional Director under section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 (under Independent Director category) at the Board Meeting of the Company held on August 13, 2014 and he will hold the office till the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 22, 2014.
2. The following existing Independent Directors covered under clause 49 of the listing agreement are appointed at the Board Meeting of the Company held on August 13, 2014, as Independent Directors under the provisions of section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 22, 2014.

4. The existing Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer Mr. N. S. Mohan, the undersigned, will continue to be the Company Secretary of the Company. |
