Board recommends Dividend

Sah Petroleums Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2013, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:

1. Recommended a dividend @ 0.2% amounting to Rs. 0.01 per share on equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended March 31, 2013.

2. Approved an appointment of Mr. Ashish Dinesh Gandhi, Independent Director of the Company as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board, in the place of Mr. Alok D. Sukhani, who has resigned from the Directorship of the Company.

3. Approved an appointment of Mr. Pradip C. Shah, Independent Director of the Company as a member of the Shareholder/Investors Grievance Committee of the Board, in the place of Mr. Alok D. Sukhani, who has resigned from the
Directorship of the Company.
