| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/05/2016 16:35:19 | PPAP Automotive Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2016, inter alia, has recommended the final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
- The Board has also re-constituted the Audit Committee of the Company. Now the Audit Committee comprises of four Directors viz. Mr. Bhuwan Kumar Chaturvedi, Mr. Pravin Kumar Gupta, Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain and Mr. Ajay Kumar Jain.
