| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/06/2016 18:50:20 | Jaykay Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 24, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following;
1. To consider and adopt the Directors’ Report of the Company alongwith its annexures for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016;
2. To fix date, time and venue of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company;
3. To fix dates for closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Register of the Company;
4. To approve draft notice to the shareholders in respect of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, in terms of the Insider Trading Code of the Company the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities will remain close for designated employees / Directors / Promoters of the Company and other Connected Persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from June 14, 2016, 6 P.M. till the end of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting. |
