This has reference to Circular No. CIR/IMD/DF-1/ 67 /2017 dated June 30, 2017 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India thereby requiring all the issuers who have made private placement of debt securities under the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008 to submit a statement containing such data as specified in the said circular within fifteen working days from the date of the circular.
