Considered and approved Appointment of Link Intime India Pvt Ltd as the Registered Transfer Agent of the company in place of Sharepro Services (I) Pvt Ltd.( Regarding announcement will be published in newspaper in 48 hours of the meeting and inform to you accordingly pursuant to Reg 47 of SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015)
3. The Board considered and approved the different Policies as per Listing agreement of SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015. |
