| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uniphos Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2010, inter alia, has:
1. Appointed Mrs. Swati S. Mayekar as an additional Director on the Board of the Company designated as Independent & Non-Executive Director with effect from January 28, 2010.
2. Accepted the resignation tendered by Mr. Prakash Shah, Independent & Non- executive Director, from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from January 28, 2010. The Board of Directors of the Company wish to place on record their sincere appreciation for the support and valuable guidance given by Mr. Prakash Shah during his tenure as Director of the Company.
In view of the appointment of Mrs. Swati S. Mayekar and acceptance of resignation of
Mr. Prakash Shah, the committees of the Board of Directors have been re-constituted. |
