| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/10/2016 08:23:04 | Gujarat Cotex Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of Company shall be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve un-audited financial results in respect of second quarter ended on September 30, 2016.
Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company's securities for all the connected/designated persons shall remain closed from November 03, 2016 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company, i.e. close of working hours of November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
