With reference to our earlier letter dated 23rd November, 2017, intimating about appointment of Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited in place of ABS Consultant Private Limited as RTA of the Company, we write to inform you that shifting of electronic connectivity and transition of records has now been completed and Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited shall act as the RTA of the Company with effect from 9th December, 2017.

Accordingly, all the correspondence pertaining to RTA services must henceforth be addressed to the new RTA. The necessary details of new RTA are as under:
